Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
At Leafiber, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a wonderful experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns Policy
We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
All orders are final once confirmed. Please choose carefully.
Hassle-Free Exchanges
We offer hassle-free exchanges in the following situations:
- You received a defective or damaged product (tears, broken stitching, manufacturing defect).
- You received a wrong product β wrong size, wrong colour, or wrong style.
- Your order arrived incomplete β items mentioned in your order confirmation were missing.
- There is a visible fabric or print defect that is clearly a manufacturing fault.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and hang tags intact
- Size does not fit (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product used, washed, or worn even once
- Tags, labels, or packaging removed before raising a claim
- Claim raised after 7 days of delivery
- No valid proof provided
Terms & Conditions Apply
Refunds at Leafiber are subject to Terms & Conditions and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:
- The product is confirmed defective or wrong and cannot be exchanged (out of stock).
- A verified payment failure or duplicate charge has occurred.
- Your order was lost or undelivered by our logistics partner despite repeated attempts.
All refund requests are reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of the Leafiber team. Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Unboxing Video β Required Without Exception
To process any exchange or refund claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Claims submitted without valid proof will not be entertained. Your video must:
- Be a single, continuous, uncut recording β from the moment the sealed package is picked up to the item being fully removed.
- Show all sides of the sealed package clearly before opening.
- Have the shipping label fully visible β your name, order ID, and delivery address must be readable.
- Show all product tags and labels intact before and during unboxing.
- Clearly show the defect or issue in close-up detail within the same video.
- Be filmed in good lighting β blurry or dark videos will not be accepted.
Photos and screenshots are not accepted as proof under any circumstances.
How to Raise a Claim
Step 1 β Record your unboxing video
Film a clear, uncut unboxing video as described above before opening the package fully.
Step 2 β Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email us at leafiberr@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9909651004 with your Order ID, name, issue description, and unboxing video attached.
Step 3 β Claim Review
Our team will review your submission within 24β48 hours. We may request additional information or images if needed.
Step 4 β Resolution
If your claim is approved, your exchange will be dispatched or refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
Shipping Your Item Back
Self-Courier: You may send the item back using any courier service of your choice. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
Pickup Service: We can arrange a pickup from your address for a nominal fee of βΉ300 (inclusive of return shipping and handling).
Damaged Package at Delivery
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or suspicious at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package immediately.
- Call us at +91 9909651004 before accepting.
- Take photos or video of the package and share it with us on WhatsApp.
Once a package has been accepted without raising a concern at the time of delivery, Leafiber will not be liable for any physical damage claims thereafter.
